- This solidifies our commitment to human rights, better working environments, preventing corruption and protecting our natural environment

- Initiated United for the Future, a pre-job training programme for teenage and adult austistic job seekers
- The programme, building on our long-term patronage of Heep Hong Society, seeks to equip autistic individuals with proper training to enable them to locate and secure employment

| Traffic Safety and Healthy Living Flyers in Malaysia |

|
- Produced and distributed 150,000 flyers to policy-holders in Malaysia to raise awareness in the areas of traffic safety and healthy lifestyles

| Library Construction in Thailand |

- Supported the construction of a library at the Baan Kao Wang Border Patrol Police School in southern Thailand
- The school is under the patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn

| Defensive Riding Workshop in Singapore |

- Organised a defensive riding workshop for insured motorcyclists and the company's own dispatch riders

- In a collaboration with the Indonesian government, 300,000 seedlings have been planted over 350 hectares at the Paliyan Wildlife Sanctuary since 2005
- Plans to conduct research on the effects of reforestation on biodiversity with the Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia

- Working with local authorities, 1,600 trees were planted and 1,000 crabs released into the river in the Chaochoengsao Province near Bangkok

| Promoting Non-Disposable Chopsticks in Taiwan |

- Distributed custom-made, non-disposable metal chopsticks to more than 1,400 employees in Taiwan
- The programme was aimed at raising awareness of the environmental and health hazards posed by the 1 billion pairs of disposable chopsticks used in Taiwan every year

- Founded and chairs the Japan Business Initiative for Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biodiversity (JBIB)
- JBIB brings together Japanese companies for the purposes of developing knowledge, promoting communication and best practices, enhancing research and development and advocating sound policies in biodiversity
